Hi, I have purchased source connect standard. I am recording vocal tracks for music remotely. My vocalist has been using the demo of source connect standard but it is expiring and I want to purchase a one month licence for them so they can run the source connect standard software. I am running source connect standard with the source connect plugin in pro tools. they are just using the source connect software to hear the tracks and send me back a vocal which I record in my pro tools session. I tried opening a new account for the vocalist but when I go to the store it logs me in to my new account. I am not trying to buy another month on my account. I don't know how to do it.

Perhaps the easiest thing to do is to purchase a second license on your account. Then enable your multi-connect user here: https://phoenix.source-elements.com/dashboard/apps/source-connect/multi/
That way the talent doesn't need to create an account. You can deliver the license to a different ilok account that belongs to the talent if you wish or use your own ilok account so it's under your domain. Many users set up a quick screen share so they can log into the talent's computer and authorize it. Once the session(s) is/are complete you can then deauthorize the talent's computer, in the same way (using a screen share), so you can use the license with another talent.

Other things to try are to login using a different browser or making sure to logout and login with the desired account you would like to make the purchase with if it is not appropriate to use your source elements account and or ilok account.
