    Just installed source connect. Dashboard says port not mapped. I'm amusing it must be mapped in order to connect? Instructions are not clear how to set this up correctly.

    Hi, Source-Connect will typically work even without a mapped port, but if you don't have it mapped then you do run the risk of potentially not being able to receive audio from someone you're connected to depending on your router.

    To map your port you will need to set up port forwarding for UDP ports 6000 & 6001 to the computer running Source-Connect. There are guides for nearly every router available at, or you can contact our support team if you have a support contract to get it set up. Once you've done this, the port test will show 'open'.

    I am having this problem myself. I was on a call with a client and had to scarp the session because my screen says, "port: not mapped"
