    I purchased SOURCE CONNECT Standard yesterday. I installed it, along with ILOK, and it is all licensed and active on my computer.

    However, two things are happening:

    1. My Customer ID is "UNASSIGNED". Why? I cannot get through on phone support without this ID.

    2. People who are searching for me cannot find me; don't they use "nitzaw" to search?

    Thanks SO much for taking the time to answer.

    I did have nitzaw shared only with my contacts. I changed that, which should take care of that issue.

    The Customer ID is nowhere to be found on the link you supplied; I can't figure out how to post a screenshot here, but I assure you, it's not there…
